When making a safety determination, the College may refuse admission to an applicant when there is an articulable, imminent, and significant threat to the applicant or other individuals. Isothermal Community College also maintains the right to decline admission to any applicant who is currently under suspension or expulsion, for reasons unrelated to academics, from any other educational institution, at any given time.
